We use Ferber’s regularly for our three cars. Service is always friendly and high quality. The staff is knowledgeable and provides updates promptly. They also work with you to understand what may be the next maintenance need for your car, which can help you prepare ahead of time.
Great family owned repair shop. Quality work at a great price. Neat user friendly software. Good communication.
This is the place to go Brad Cook took care of all my needs. He went above and beyond explained the repairs, kept me informed, and when i got my car back it was cleaner than when I dropped off. He even buffed the film off my headlights for free making them look brand new. I would highly recommend Brad and his team at Ferbers!
Hardest working pro’s in the vehicle repair, automotive, body business. Unbeatable service, exceptional communication, and on your team to get your vehicle right.
Had a tire repaired. Service was fast and well done. Reps were courteous and professional. Will use again.
The folks at Ferber’s have been excellent to work with and I am so appreciative of their fast response to questions as well as when they service the car. They all have a friendly attitude which is especially great when your car is acting up and giving you heartburn…makes the situation a lot easier to deal with. Most recently I had a vehicle towed from near the Richmond airport up to Ferber’s in Ashland because I knew they would be able to identify the issue and fix it quickly. I could ha… Read More
I went to this shop based on their Google ratings, and I was not disappointed. They took a look at what I thought was a leaking tire. They thoroughly checked my tire out and found nothing wrong. The shop was very professional and did not charge me anything. I highly recommend these guys to take care of your vehicle’s needs fairly.
Always on time! Fast, efficient and HONEST service every time I go there. I wouldn’t trust my vehicle to anyone else. I’ve been their customer for years and plan to continue. So much better than going to the dealership for service.
They promised one time for the completion of my tire mounting, and finished earlier. I went in to pay ahead in case I got off work after they were closed, your guys were already taking care of my tires. Thank you for the speedy service and convenience. I’ll be back!
Went to Ferbers to have new tires which I bought online installed. Was quite impressed with cleanliness and organization of the establishment. I was made to feel welcome and the transaction was very proficient. I was expecting their prices to be higher than elsewhere based on how nice their establishment is but that was not the case. The price they charged was same as other places for similar services. I look forward to returning for other services. They have it together.
